Latest WIP: The Ancient Swamp Hag

I have sooooooo many works in mid-progress right now (TEN of them! Egads, what was I thinking?) and with both Monsters & Merriment and Halloween just around the corner..... EEEK!

Well, one of them is finally nearing completion: the Ancient Swamp Hag. Craggy, wrinkled, older than dirt. She lives a life of solitude in the farthest reaches of the swamp. Totally blind but possessed of second sight. And that's all of the story I have for her as yet.

She's been a load of fun to create, too. I mean, how can you not have fun sculpting, painting and decorating/clothing a scary, scraggly old witch, right?

Working on completing her costume (ratty threadbare cape) and the rest of her diorama scene (skulls, snakes, spider webs with black widows, moss and trees, plus her pet vulture) so I can move on to finish the rest of what is covering my art table. No complaints - I'm only in competition with my own self!

Okay, here's a sneak peek. More later...
